Rules:
+ Only breeders may nominate horses. Created horses are not allowed.
+ Horses shown in Riata earn points for each placing in each class competing.
+ Horses earn titles for each level reached, based on RBI point system.
+ Breeders receive money and creation credits.
+ Level symbols may only be used on horse pages and bloodlines. Do not add them to your horses name.
+ Horse must be nominated to earn points.
+ Creation credits: If you have reached your maximum horses allowed in Riata (total) and you have earned a credit, you may increase your herd by the number of credits you have earned.
+ All money from nomination fees are put into an account. All of the points sent in by the foal owners will be added up and the money in the account will be divided by the point amount.. This will decide the dollar amount of each point.
+ 75% of the foal's earinings will go to the breeder. The other 25% will go to the foal owner.

Point System:
50 points - * (horse); $300 (breeder)
100 points - ** (horse); $600 & 1 creation credit (breeder)
200 points - *** (horse); $1,200 & 2 creation credits (breeder)
400 points - **** (horse); $2,400 & 3 creation credits (breeder)
800 points - ***** (horse); $4,800 & 4 creation credits (breeder)
1,600 points - ****** (horse); $9,600 & 5 creation credits (breeder)
3,200 points - ******* (horse); $19,200 & 6 creation credits (breeder)
5,000 points - ******** (horse); $38,400 & 7 creation credits (breeder)
Champion & Reserve Champions do not count for points.
